At CRESNA, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or engraved jewellery
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at care@cresna.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
